The dark silver side is with special layer for inkjet printing, and another side is with laminating oil( easy for lamination)
The image can be printed on the printing side with nomarl inkjet printer, and then it can be laminated with coated overlay  
to make plastic cards..

Notice:  there is a bopp film on the surface of printing side, it is used to protect the surface( avoiding attaching with next peice)
Before using , must move the protective film.
